"Great Customer Service"
"I don’t usually leave reviews but after this year I feel small independent companies need our help, especially when they’ve given great customer service! This carpet shop had been recommended to me as I needed laminate flooring for my kitchen and carpet for the stairs. The gentleman in the shop was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their stock and gave me suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. Great prices and I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy immediately. Delivery and fitting lead times were very quick, compared to other carpet shops I’d called. I highly recommend this shop."

“Family run shop. Matthew who laid the carpet was a credit to his trade, he was prompt, courteous and so hard working. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. The shop is in Addlestone and quite hidden away really, just down from the station. The salesmen are very laid back but once you start asking questions, it is obvious they know their trade and can give you lots of advice. It's kind of nice not to have 'in your face' salesmen - refreshing!”
“Calm, Unflappable”
“I definitely recommend them - fantastic (not met them before, so I'm not a relative!!) Only had the kitchen and bathroom so far and absolutely delighted. As others have said - no sales patter pushing you to the most expensive product. Instead, just really helpful, knowledgeable advice in the shop. I didn't have a clue what I wanted but everything was explained to me clearly so that I understood what I was buying. I am thrilled with the end result. The man who laid the flooring was punctual, courteous and did what he said he would do to perfection. He also dealt with a few problems along the way (of my/the house's making, not his) in a calm, unflappable manner. He worked SO hard. I can't wait to have the rest of the house carpeted by them when the plastering/re-decorating etc is completed. I would highly recommend them to everybody I know.”

“Great Carpets and Great Service”
“I wanted to have carpets fitted in our new house on a specific date (after decorating and before removals) and I wanted to have the old carpets removed. I didn't think these were unreasonable requests until I spoke to Carpetright, John Lewis and some others..."we don't remove old carpets", "we can fit them in 5 or 6 weeks but we can't give a date" etc. When I asked Addlestone carpets the answer was "no problem". Great carpets and great service. Thanks!”

“From start to finish, this has been the most efficient carpet supply and fitting service I have received in the area. The showroom is small and the salesmen are very laid back initially. However if you begin to ask questions then it becomes clear that they know their trade and will guide you and give the information you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else now! I recommend you use them and you won't be disappointed.”

"Excellent service from start to finish. The gentlemen in the showroom were friendly, helpful and never pushy. They are knowledgeable about their trade and advised us to spend money on underlay for a more luxurious feel, they were absolutely spot on. The carpet fitter was friendly, polite and arrived bang on time. He advised on looking after the carpet after fitting and left the room tidy and ready for us to do a quick vacuum and put the furniture back in. I would highly recommend this friendly, professional, family run local business."
